Okay let's see, where to start. This is Helena Wayne of Earth-2, circa 1985. I'm not sure how much Earth-2 stuff you've read, so just to sum it up, Huntress in that world is Bruce and Selina's daughter. She was born in the late 50's and became the Huntress following Selina's death when she was a teenager. During some cross-over issues she met Earth-1 Bruce in the early 80's and referred to him as her uncle. They were pretty close and spent Christmas together and stuff. Also Earth-2 Bruce has been dead for years, after he retired from being Batman to become the police commissioner.

I can also provide some reading refs/scans regarding Batman and Huntress in Earth-2 if you'd like, as well as the issue that explains how Bruce and Selina finally got together in that world.
